Germany Epilepsy Academy Day

The Scientific Committee of the German ILAE Chapter is delighted to announce an enhanced postgraduate teaching experience on the German Academy Day preceding the 8th European Congress on Epileptology, Berlin. The German Academy Day will provide seminars and educational courses in German language which will cover the broad spectrum of EEG and epilepsy from bench to bedside.

  • Teaching objective: to improve knowledge of EEG as well as diagnosis and treatment of epilepsies.
  • Target audience: Postgraduate residents and board-certified neurologists, epileptologists and interested physicians.
  • Style of courses: Seminars and courses will accept a limited number of participants to warrant a thorough interactive discussion of the topics. Many clinical examples will be discussed with the audience. Individual questions and case vignettes may be emailed to the chairpersons of specific courses to be included in the program.
  • Timing: Early registration is recommended as the number of participants is limited.
